iTG is a comprehensive online e-testing platform that delivers electronic tests via either internet or intranet, i.e., either internet based test (IBT) or computer based tests (CBT). It has an easy-to-use user-friendly bilingual interface that supports both Arabic and English users. Other languages are supported upon request as a customization service.
The Business Edition of iTG is basically designed to be used either within large testing organizations or on national setting level by professional test developers and psychometricians. It controls test administration over any number of test centers with a wide package of features since it is designed to accommodate with large numbers of tests and test-takers, it uses one of the most powerful referential databases.
Security issues are taken into consideration for keeping test content secure by following the most recent technologies and prevent attempts of cheating with very highly effective security procedures.

ITG Key Features
iTG-BE consists of six modules that manages all online testing processes starting from online scheduling of a test till producing the test results reports.
(1) Administration Module aims at managing all pre-, during & post- test environment and allow test administrator to define system prerequisites and control testing environment including managing test centers and labs.
(2) Registration Module manages registering test-takers in the system and managing all test-takers information like profile, history and transactions, Test takers’ photos.
(3) Scheduling & Reservation Modulemanages test scheduling over test centers or labs. This schedule can be daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
(4) Testing Module is the main testing module, which encrypts test forms content (questions) and sends them over internal LAN or Internet with high security standards. Test takers’ photos can be captured before the test starts for identity authentication. It handles test sessions starting from test takers “login” till they submit their results to the main server or control-PC. All probable emergencies are taken into consideration to avoid any loss of data and offering equal chances to test takers during test sessions. A series of security procedures are taken into consideration to monitor test takers, lab administrators and proctors during the test to prevent cheating and keep test materials secure.
(5) Scoring Module manages scoring of constructed response (essay) questions and applying double scoring, anchoring, etc. and it handles preparing responses and scores to be suit statistical analysis procedures.
(6) Reporting Module generates multiple level of reports to various user roles (test-taker, test admin, test director, etc.) in order to provide them with all feedbacks needed from system.
